Survey Competition Terms & Conditions

1.         One entry only per person is permitted

2.         Entrants cannot be a relative or immediate family member of Facestuff employees

3.         Entries must be received by Midday 31 March 2010

4.         Entrants must provide an email address to form a valid entry

5.         By providing your details to us for an entry into this competition you are acknowledging and agreeing with these terms and conditions

6.          Winners will be selected by a random computerised ballot drawer

7.         Competition winners will be contacted by email and the winners name will be displayed at facestuff.com.au by Mon 5 April 2010

8.          Prizes are awarded as;

1^st Prize – Apple iPod Touch 8GB valued at $260,

2^nd Prizes - 4 x $50 vouchers for the winners choice of iTunes, Coles/Myer or Westfield outlets

3^rd Prizes – 4 x Facestuff ‘The Briefcase’ 3 pack of products valued at $49.90 per pack

9.         Prizes will be supplied to the winner by Fri 16 April 2010 and mailed to their nominated address

10.       All information collected as part of this promotion will be used only by Facestuff to inform the entrant of any latest news and info about our products, at anytime the entrant can request that this contact be ended

11.       Prizes are not redeemable for cash
