When you become a member of the facestuff family we will need to get some personal and techy information, rest easy we will only use this for our own purposes of world domination…only joking, we just like to know about our blokes! This info will never be passed to any third party, except where the law makes us. If you ever want to be removed from our database you can send us a mail at info@facestuff.com.au and we will erase you!

And we will only ever send you our newsletters and specials updates if you want it… To view or update any of your details on our base you can access it from our website by logging into the members area and hitting members details.

Security stuff:

Your info is stored on a secure server and all credit card information is sent through an ssl (secure socket layer) which is also then encrypted but even with all this we still can’t guarantee all this is secure on the net so any actions taken are at your own risk and facestuff cannot take responsibility for this.

We recommend you test some of our products on your skin before using just to check you have no reactions, due to our natural products its highly unlikely but you gotta be safe rather than sorry…

Orders stuff:

We will do all we can to send orders out within 24 hours of placement and payment, all in perfect condition, they will packed safely and mailed by Australia Post (or couriered if chosen) and if the order is lost we will need to decide on each case whether a replacement is sent or not and no liability is accepted by facestuff for any damage to goods in transit.

If you need to cancel an order please let us know asap and we will do all we can, if payment has already been made we will need to evaluate this as required.

Returns and exchange stuff:

We have a 14 day money back guarantee on all our goods, if your not happy with them let us know why and we will happily refund the cost of the products or replace them.

We welcome your feedback and know from time to time that being in an imperfect universe, there might be issues – please write or call us with your problem and we will endeavour to have responded within 5 days (more if it’s public holidays… we can’t deny anyone a holiday!)
